TMI News

Sorry, this is way too much information...but it's important stuff ya hear?

For the first time since I was a teenager, I did not have to medicate myself for menstrual cramps this cycle. In fact, I hardly noticed any discomfort.

The three weeks prior I had very little dairy or meat.
A lot of fresh juice, barley juice powder, and a mostly vegan diet.
Other than some heightened pms craziness due to some other untimely stressors, I had hardly any symptoms.

For this reason alone, this plan is soooooooooo worth it!

  1. I've also noticed the more vegan I eat around my period the less symptoms I have. So nice!
